About Setareh Kamali

I’m Setareh Kamali, a Certified Health & Wellness Coach trained at Georgetown University.

My path to coaching is rooted in a long-standing commitment to health and well-being and a desire to support people through meaningful change.

For more than a decade, I worked in health communications at the National Institute of Mental Health (part of the National Institutes of Health), translating complex mental health research into clear, accessible information for the public. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and a Master’s degree in Strategic Public Relations; these training experiences continue to shape how I communicate, connect, and support clients today.

That background informs an evidence-based approach to behavior change and the development of sustainable habits. My coaching foundation was further strengthened by Georgetown University’s Health & Wellness Coaching program, which emphasizes active listening, powerful questioning, and a whole-person approach to health.

I believe lasting change comes from within. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to support you in building awareness, hearing yourself more clearly, and clarifying what matters most. Together, we focus on creating meaningful, sustainable changes that align with your life.
